The room. But I didn't know we couldn't smoke a cigarette in the room. After I paid for smoking room with a Queen size bed. An ended up with 2 double beds. But other than that it's was a comfortable stay. An I wanted to check in early after I had been on the bus for 36 hours and I made it to Fort Myers and at 11:30 an I had to wait until 3 pm to go to my room and rest. And I had to sit outside in the cold just to smoke a cigarette. Other than that it was an amazing stay. I will recommend it to my friends and family. The Non smokers in my family.

It was a easy check in and the room was clean the elevator was a good catch 👌

Breakfast needs a little work. Would love to see a better selection. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. That would make this place stand out.

Everything except for the beds. I wanted a Queen Size bed and I got a double bed instead. And only a few channels on the TV played but I good room overall

I felt safe at this location. The room was clean and met our needs. Close to the facilities for a concert we went to see. Breakfast was not available due to covid still.
